No. Storage with us is a licence to occupy the unit, not a tenancy or lease. That is set out in our storage terms.

14 days' notice, as set out in our storage terms. There is no minimum term beyond that.

Yes — a deposit equal to four weeks' storage charge, held while you store with us and returned within 28 days of you leaving, less anything outstanding.

Invoices are issued in advance of each period. If a payment is 14 days late a late charge applies, as set out in our terms.

Yes. Under our terms it is your responsibility to insure your goods while they are stored, either through your own policy or by lodging evidence of cover with us.

Outdoor containers at 40, 80, 160 and 320 square feet, and indoor rooms at 50, 60, 110 and 125 square feet. Prices vary by yard — call and we will quote you.

Rent for three months or more and van hire is free. If you do not drive, talk to us — we will help with the move.

Students and senior citizens over 65 get 10% off. Storing six months or more gets a discounted long-term rate. Refer a customer and you get a month free.
